These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZenDuel mobile application and website (the “Service”) operated by GTStudios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using ZenDuel, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ZenDuel. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users through duels, friend features, or any other interaction.
- Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s operation.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
- Manipulate streaks, marks, duels, or other features through dishonest means.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on ZenDuel (enso drawings, marks, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- ZenDuel offers free and premium subscription tiers.
- Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The ZenDuel app, including its design, code, features, branding, and original content, is owned by GT Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@zenduel.com.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ZenDuel is a mindfulness and habit-tracking tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Consult a qualified professional for health-related concerns.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GT Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, streaks, or content.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
