GTStudios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ZenDuel mobile application and website (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use ZenDuel.

Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Profile Information: Profile photo, timezone, and display preferences.
- Content You Create: Enso drawings, daily marks, check-in data, journal notes, and duel participation.
- Social Features: Friend connections, friend codes, and duel interactions.
- Payment Information: Subscription and purchase data processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat. We do not directly store your credit card details.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version.
- Usage Data: Feature usage patterns, streak data, and interaction timestamps.
- Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens for delivering notifications you’ve opted into.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To personalize your experience, including daily quotes, enso artwork, and mindfulness features.
- To track your streaks, marks, and progress over time.
- To facilitate social features such as duels and friend connections.
- To send push notifications you’ve opted into (streak reminders, duel activity, etc.).
- To process subscriptions and in-app purchases.

3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication tokens to protect your information. Enso artwork and images are stored securely on our servers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following cases:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party services that help us operate the app (e.g., RevenueCat for subscription management, cloud hosting providers).
- Social Features: Information you choose to share through duels and friend connections is visible to those participants.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Third-Party Services
ZenDuel integrates with the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management.
- Apple/Google Sign-In: Optional social authentication.
- Apple Push Notification Service / Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notifications.
These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Notification Preferences: You can manage push notification settings within the app.
- Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@zenduel.com.
- Data Access: You may request a copy of your personal data by contacting us.
- Opt Out: You can disable optional data collection such as push notifications at any time.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Children’s Privacy
ZenDuel is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
