If you would like to delete your ZenDuel account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to support@zenduel.com with the following details:

  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Your registered email address (the email you used to sign up for ZenDuel)
  • Your display name on the app (to help us locate your account)

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
  • All enso drawings and saved artwork
  • Daily marks, streaks, and check-in history
  • Journal notes and quotes
  • Duel participation and history
  • Friend connections and friend codes
  • Sticker and achievement data
  • Notification preferences and device tokens

What Happens to Your Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before requesting account deletion:

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ZenDuel → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → ZenDuel → Cancel

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
